How do I resolve a product related issue?

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the Website. You may track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided by Us in the 'Shipping Confirmation' email sent to you. Also, our partnered courier service providers will provide you with the AWP number through which you can check and track the status of your order.

What happens if my item is damaged or I need assistance?

In the unlikely event that your hamper products are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. Kindly write to us on contactus@eolympia.com with your order number, issue and digital photograph of damaged goods for us to assess and verify its packaging/condition, and we will arrange for a replacement. No Refunds will be processed under any circumstances for products which are damaged in transit.

Can I cancel my order/modify the orders?

Once your order has been placed, any cancellation or modification request should be raised to Us within 24 hours of placement of the order for it to be accepted or within such time period and such terms as otherwise stipulated as part of the Seller T&C.

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on contactus@eolympia.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, please note products once purchased cannot be returned. In case you have additional query’s or issues please get in touch with our Customer Support team on contactus@eolympia.com.

What happens if I want to return my product?

Please note products once purchased cannot be returned. No refunds will be processed. Can I write a customized message to include in my Cadbury Joy Deliveries hamper?

At this stage, We provide packaging personalization services for certain products. It’s Simple! All you need to do is choose your product and customize it with your text &/or Logo Design! Kindly note that all the uploaded information are kept confidential with us and are used solely for the purpose for order processing and reorder.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email from Us confirming your order, along with your order and payment details.

Are there any hidden cost on items sold by Registered Seller?

No. The price which is quoted by Us on the Website is the amount that will be charged to the customer. The prices listed for all the products are final and all-inclusive charges, other than with respect to delivery charges. Delivery charges may be added on orders below a particular amount, as set out in query 10.

How can I access my invoice?

You will receive an automated invoice download option following the completion of the purchase of the products from Us. In the interim, particulars of your order (including the purchase amount), can be viewed by visiting the Website and by accessing the " order details" option available on “My Account” page of the Website.

We currently offer free shipping on all products purchased through the Cadbury Joy Deliveries Website if purchases are above ₹299, below that Standard shipping charges mentioned at the time of billing is charged. Olympia offers Free Shipping above ₹299 for All single orders (Non- Bulk orders). For Orders on and below ₹299 , Standard Shipping Charges (as mentioned below) will apply. Our shipping charges are dependent on weight & volume of the product wherein as the weight increases the shipping charges may increase. For further details please check below:

How soon after I've ordered does my order arrive?

We continuously try to deliver products purchased from Olympia Industries Ltd. in best condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same. When you place an order, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours, for Bulk enquiries lead time may be up to 4 business days. We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 4 working days. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 3-10 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

We may not be able to give you an exact delivery time. However, We may provide you with a delivery window so that you have an estimation of when the shipment will arrive. For further information, please refer to query 12.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

An SMS notification, to the mobile number provided as a part of your order details on the Website from Us will be triggered once the shipment has been dispatched for delivery. Additionally, We may call you on this same mobile number if it is unable to locate your address.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

What happens if there is no one available to accept delivery of my order?

In the event no one is available to accept delivery of your order, the courier service providers will contact you for further information & will also attempt to deliver your order the second time. Can I receive my shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

No Shipments can be opened before delivery is accepted. The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.

Does the Registered Seller offers same-day shipping? 

Currently, We do not offer same-day shipping. For shipping timelines, please refer to our response to query.

Where's my order? 

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received an email confirmation from Us, you may check if We has already processed dispatch of your order by:

1. Click 'My Account' at the top corner of any of the Website after logging into your account
2. Next, Click on open orders and you'll see your order details. The status of your order will be reflected as one of the following:

Pending:
This means that We have not yet started preparing your order. You can check the estimated delivery date next to each product. The estimated delivery date is based on the availability of your products and the delivery option you chose while confirming your order.

Dispatched:
This means that We has processed dispatch of your order. You can check the estimated delivery date next to each product. The estimated delivery date is based on the availability of your products and the delivery option you chose while confirming your order.

Out for Delivery:
This means that your package is out for delivery and should be delivered on the day on which this message is displayed.

Delivered:
This means that your package has been delivered. In case you have not received your package, please contact us at contactus@eolympia.com. Please also refer to our response to query 12 above in connection with estimated delivery timings.

If you cannot find your order in Your Account, it's possible that you may not have completed the checkout process for such order. Click the Cart button on the top right corner of any of the Website’s page and check if your item is still reflected in your cart. If yes, click Proceed to Checkout to begin the purchase process. If the item is not reflected in Your Account or in your Cart, it is possible that you may have placed your order using an account associated with a different e-mail address. In case payment for an order fails, you will get payment failure message on the payment gateway provider page and amount will be refunded to your account if it has been deducted in 5-7 working days.

This is a rare occurrence and happens when the transaction response from the bank is interrupted due to connection failure before it reaches PayUmoney server. Status are updated at the end of the day after banking hours. In cases where status is not updated, please drop an email at merchantcare@payumoney.com with payment details like amount, payment ID (transaction ID), date and approximate time of transaction etc.


Scenario 1
The payment got authorized by the bank but the communication of the same was not received by PayUmoney. In this case the customer's account will get debited by the bank. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. We receive a confirmation from the bank later and then we initiate a refund for the payment to the customer's account.

Scenario 2
The payment didn't get authorized by the bank. In this case the customer's account will not be debited and we don't get any further updates from the banks. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped.

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the India?

Is Cash on Delivery option available?

Olympia Industries Ltd. Currently does not provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made Online Only via. Payment Gateway at time of Ordering the product.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the site?

Olympia Industries is partnered with PayUMoney & PayUBiz for Online Payments.

PayUmoney is PCI- DSS level 1 certified company, which is the highest level of certification given by PCI-DSS for any payments company. Along with it, we process all your transactions over 128 bit SSL to secure customer data during transmission.

The Customer's Card details are secured safely with dedicated encrypted server which is PCI DSS compliant. Once stored, the card details can be edited/removed anytime by the customer after logging into dashboard. With stored card details, to complete a transaction customer has to just enter only the CVV and 3-D secure password .This facilitates speedy transactions, better customer retention and improved adoption rate in terms of repeat purchases

Can I use my Bank's internet banking feature to make a payment?

Yes, the payment gateway provided by Us offers you the convenience of using certain banks Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. (A list of such banks would be available with the payment gateway provider). Please refer to query 26.

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

The prices indicated on the Website are inclusive of all Taxes including GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST is a single tax leviable on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST on the products will be required to be borne and paid by the customer.

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

The payment options we support are Credit card, Debit card and Net Banking All the online payments are processed through PayUMoney payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions. Olympia Industries Ltd undertakes that we do not collect or store your debit/credit card information. If you suspect any compromise of your debit / credit card, please report this to your bank immediately.

What Should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:

1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
2. Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. Terms of Use

‘SELLER’ herein means OLYMPIA INDUSTRIES LIMITED. ‘BUYER’ herein means any person, party, association, firm, limited company, corporation, etc., who make an offer to the Seller to purchase the products.

1. Order of Goods: All orders placed by the Buyer shall be in writing and subject to the Seller’s acceptance via a confirmation email. The Invoice will be raised on the Buyer against the order placed and goods supplied in terms of the said order. The Seller shall however be at the liberty to accept or refuse any order in full or part without assigning any reasons whatsoever.In case of any further assistance or enquiries please contact us, Kindly write to us contactus@eolympia.com with your order number & issue.

2. Price: Price prevailing on the date of placement of orders on the web-site shall be applicable for generation of purchase order/ delivery order/ contract/ advance payment for the supplies that have been accepted/ issued. The Seller reserves the right to revise the price on the web-site without any advance, further notice to the Buyer or without assigning any reason therefore. The prices listed for all the products are final and all-inclusive charges, other than with respect to delivery charges. Delivery charges may be added on orders below a particular amount.

3. Examination: The Buyer should check the price, quantity and calculations made in the invoice thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy the same should immediately be brought to the notice of the seller.

4. Intimation of Short Receipt/ Damage: The weight or quantity recorded by the Seller in their dispatch documents shall be the basis for Invoicing and Payment. In case of short receipt/damage receipt Buyer shall forthwith intimate in writing. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. Kindly write to us on contactus@eolympia.com with your order number, issue and digital photograph of damaged goods for us to assess and verify its packaging/condition, and we will arrange for a replacement or Refunds will be processed. The decision of the Seller will be final.

5. Applicable Taxes: Any Taxes, Cess or Duties levied by Central, State, Local or any other authority now in force or hereafter be imposed on the sale transportation or supply/delivery of the goods is included in the pricing mentioned on the web-site. 6. Quality of Goods: The goods supplied shall be as per the specifications/quality prescribed by the Brand. For this purpose, the Brand’s laboratory record/ certificate of quality shall be the basis.

7. Return of Goods: Goods once sold will not be taken back.

8. Insurance: All arrangements for Transit Insurance and all liability for transit losses shall be decided on a case to case basis and as mutually agreed to between the parties.

9. Delivery: The delivery of the goods shall be made by the Seller at the address as notified by the Buyer. In event of the change of address, the Buyer shall intimate the same to the Seller. The Buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the goods on the dates informed by the Seller.

10. Payment: The payment should be made only by crossed Cheques/ Bank Drafts in favour of OLYMPIA INDUSTRIES LIMITED on any of the Scheduled Banks or any other mode as may be agreed through normal banking channels. Payments on the web-site can be made through our registered payment gateway. In no event any cash payment is to be made against this invoice. In case any cash payment is to be made against this Invoice by the Buyer or any person/party on its behalf to the Company or any of its employee/person the same will not be treated as valid payment in discharge of this Invoice and the Buyer / person would be doing so at its own risk and consequence. The Buyer shall not for any reason suspend payment or make any deduction by the way of set-off. In case any amount is withheld or sought to be set-off/adjusted unless specifically agreed in writing by Authorized Officer of the Company such withholding/ set-off will not be accepted as valid discharge of the payment.

11. Default: Failure to make payment on due date will attract overdue interest @12% per annum OR such other rates as may be revised from time to time by the Seller shall be payable for any period of delay. Payments are subject to realization.

12. Delay in Delivery: The Seller will not be responsible for any delay in delivery beyond its own control, but will do its utmost to ensure speedy delivery.

13. Unauthorized acceptance of Goods: Any unauthorized party taking delivery of the goods mentioned herein will be criminally prosecuted and held liable for costs and charges incurred thereon.

14. Lien on Goods: The Seller shall have lien on the goods delivered/supplied as to the unpaid as the purchase price of the goods and the Seller shall be entitled to exercise the said lien to recover the unpaid purchase price by taking back the goods and shall be entitled to sell the same to some other Buyer and adjust the sum so realized against the unpaid purchase price without prejudice to Seller’s other rights and remedies to recover the outstanding dues or other dues.

15. Warranty of Goods: All products are guaranteed to be up to standard. Any warranties of condition, statutory or otherwise, as to quality of fitness for any purpose is excluded. No claims will be recognized unless notified in writing within 48 hours after receipt of goods. The Seller reserves the right to deal with such goods in the best possible manner. The decision of the Seller will be final.

16. Severability: If any provision of this contract is found by anybody of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, unenforceable or unreasonable, it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the Contract and the remainder of such provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law: Indian Law shall govern the Contract. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contract shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.

18. Jurisdiction: This sale for purpose of Legal Jurisdiction shall be deemed to have been concluded only at Mumbai and only the Courts of Mumbai shall be competent to try all cases/suits arising out of the sale.

19. Performance of Products: For best results, you may seek assistance of our sales executives. All recommendations are based on in-house tests and information believed to be reliable. The performance of the products are subject to handling and /or manner of use. We shall not be liable for any damage arising out of improper use and /or handling resulting from their use. No representative of ours has any authority to waive or change this provision.

20. Variation in Terms & Conditions: Any variation in these terms and conditions (including special terms and conditions) shall be inapplicable unless agreed upon in writing by the Seller.
